Shipping policy


How does local pickup work? 

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a message notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.  Please make sure to leave your email address when checking out so we can send you this message.  Due to Covid -19, we will only be offering contactless pickup, we will leave your package outside the front door for easy pick-up.  Please message us back or call us using the phone number on the website if you are not able to pick up the package that same day, we do not want packages sitting outside overnight.  

When will I receive my order? 

All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of being placed.  Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. If you have requested shipping via Canada Post, you will receive a message from Canada Post, if you request this option, notifying you that the package is on the way and delivered. 

Ivy & Zale can not guarantee delivery dates with Canada Post, as they are ultimately responsible for your package once it has left our shop.
